APPLICATION
According to these terms and conditions of sale, as they may be updated from time to time (“Terms of Sale”), the goods featured on this website (the “Products”) are offered and sold to you. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time, and the terms that are in effect at the time that you place an order for Products (an “Order”) shall govern the relationship between us for that Order. In our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, you’ll find additional terms and conditions that might be relevant to you. These Terms of Sale shall be governed by the definitions included in our Terms of Use. Before using this website, please read the following terms of sale, the terms of use, and the privacy statement very carefully.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
You must be at least 18 years old in order to place an order or buy any products.
PRODUCTS
The Product photos are solely for illustrative purposes. There may be differences, despite our best attempts to accurately depict the colors and other features of our products.
ORDERS
We’ll email you to confirm receipt of your Order when you order it. The acceptance of your Order, however, does not happen until you get an email from us letting you know that it has been shipped. The availability of all Products for purchase at all times is not something we can promise. If we are unable to complete an Order, we will email you to let you know and, if you have already paid for the Order, we will refund your payment.
PRODUCT PRICES
When you place your order, the pricing of a Product will be as it is listed on our website. The delivery fee is not included in the price of a Product. Even while we use every reasonable effort to guarantee that the prices of our Products are accurate, there may be instances where this isn’t the case. If we find a mistake, we reserve the right to either cancel the Order or get in touch with you so you may choose whether to buy the Product at the correct price or cancel the Order.
PAYMENT
Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards are accepted for online payments. Your payment information will be transmitted securely to our payment provider immediately. You are required to keep a copy of all transaction records, as well as our Terms of Sale, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.

DELIVERY
We use ________ to deliver DD-lingerie.com Orders. If it is against UAE legislation or OFAC sanctions, we do not sell to or deliver to any nations.
Customs fees and taxes may apply to your order when it reaches its destination.
Depending on the item’s availability and/or the weight restrictions for packages, a single order may be divided into multiple shipments. You should be aware that several shipments could lead to multiple entries on your credit card or debit card statement each month.
RETURNS
Given the intimate nature of our products and compliance with all applicable Health and Safety legislation, DD-lingerie.com will gladly accept the exchange or return of an item if it satisfies the requirements listed below:
The Product is not underwear (This includes Bras, Panties, Corsets, Bath Sets, Wrap sets, and Slippers).
The Product is returned within 7 days of the date of delivery (discounted items or products bought during the sale can only be exchanged within the sale period).
For COD orders, please contact customer support to help you with the return. Refund usually takes from 10-14 working days for all COD orders post receiving them in our warehouse passing a successful quality check.
We require valid proof of purchase.
The Product is exchanged/returned with its original receipt, which was included in the delivery. Unfortunately, bank statements will not be accepted.
The Product is undamaged, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with swing tags.
If the Product was purchased as part of a special multi-buy offer, all of the Products purchased as part of the multi-buy must be returned at the same time.
If you paid cash on delivery, refunds will be processed using the same method of payment or to your bank account. Except in cases when the product is faulty or not what you purchased, we do not reimburse delivery fees.
The cardholder must keep a copy of the merchant’s policies and guidelines as well as transaction logs.
Please be aware that we do not accept returns from other countries.
GOVERNING LAW
The law of the United Arab Emirates, as it is applied in the Emirate of Dubai, governs these terms of sale. In the event of a disagreement, you consent to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
