D&D Lingerie is happy to provide our customers with easy-to-use and accommodating return and exchange policies.
Provided the intimate nature of our products and in accordance with all applicable Health and Safety, D&D Lingerie will gladly accept the exchange or return of an item if it meets the conditions listed below:
The item is not clothing (This includes Bras, Panties, Shapewear, Bath Sets, Wrap sets, and Slippers).The item is returned within seven days after the delivery date (discounted items or products bought during the sale can only be exchanged within the sale period).Please get in touch with customer service if you need assistance with a return for COD orders. Refunds for any COD items that arrive in our warehouse and pass a successful quality check typically take 10 to 14 working days.We need legitimate proof of purchase.
The Product is returned or exchanged along with the original receipt, which was delivered with the order. Bank statements will sadly not be accepted.
The item is undamaged, swing-tag-addressed, and brand-new in its original box.
All Products that were purchased as part of a special multi-buy offer that included the Product must be returned at the same time.
If you paid cash on delivery, refunds will be processed using the same method of payment or to your bank account. Except in cases when the product is faulty or not what you purchased, we do not reimburse delivery fees.
The cardholder must keep a copy of the merchant’s policies and guidelines as well as transaction logs.
Please note that we do not accept international returns.
Process for returning orders

You can select the products, the reason(s) for the return, and whether you want the product picked up from your address or returned to our store by clicking on “Order Details” and “Return/ Exchange” on the “My Account” and “My Orders” pages of your account. Then select “Return items,” and you’ll get an email verifying the details of your return. After that, our courier service will call you to arrange for the pickup of your package. You do not need to write the return address because the courier service will supply the return label.
Guest user :
Please get in touch with customer service for assistance with the return if you haven’t set up a profile on our website. After receiving and reviewing returned goods at our warehouse, refunds for all prepaid orders typically take between 10 and 14 working days. If you made a cash payment or your order was a click-and-collect order, you can easily visit our store to return your item and receive an immediate cash refund for the amount you spent.

Can I return items purchased on

When an item is returned to our warehouse and undergoes a successful quality inspection, prepaid purchases are processed for a refund. The bank will process your refund within 10 to 14 working days. If after 14 working days you still have not received a refund, please get in touch with customer service.

dd-lingerie.com understands that getting your items as soon as possible is important to our clients, thus we have created various options with the goal of being the fastest delivery in the region and giving our clients options that match the speed they need the order to reach them. Everything you need to know about shipping is right here. All days referenced are working days (Sunday – Saturday) any orders placed on Friday will be processed on Saturday.
Delivery in UAE
Standard Delivery: AED 16 and Free for orders above AED 250
Duration: 1-2 days
We aim to have next-day delivery. That requires your support by providing an accurate and detailed shipping address as well as responding to the call when contacted by the delivery team. (Orders cut-off time is 3 pm – no deliveries on Sunday)

Dubai Same Day Express Delivery:
Duration: Same Day Delivery (Except Sunday)
As we expand with more and more product offerings it’s a challenge for the logistics team to have all items delivered on the same day, thus we ask our clients to double-check with our team on WhatsApp to make sure we are able to deliver on the same day.
The following is required to have same-day delivery as well:
Orders should fit in a Bike box (50×50 cm and weigh up to 7 kg).
Placing the order before 1 pm
Confirmation from our team on WhatsApp that we are able to deliver on the same day
Once your order is picked up, you will receive a link with live tracking of your shipment.
At the moment this service is only available in Dubai we hope to expand the service areas soon.
Delivery to KSA
Duration: 3-7 Days with SMSA and 1-3 Days with DHL
We strive to have the fastest shipping from UAE to KSA. Shipping rates are based on the number of items and the weight of the products you can find all the details on the checkout page when you choose the country to be Saudi Arabia.
We currently use SMSA and DHL with the option to choose which company you prefer at checkout at different costs.
You can track your shipment on the following website (Home | SMSA Express) and on the DHL website, your shipping reference is emailed to you once the order is processed.
Delivery to Kuwait
Duration: 3-7 Days
Shipping rates are based on the number of items and the weight of the products you can find all the details on the checkout page when you choose the country to be Kuwait.
We currently ship with DHL Empost and Aramex, the operations team will choose the best fit based on product, delivery location and day of the week.

Delivery to Oman
Duration: 2-5 Days
